Founded in 2012, Kashika’s Pampered Paws was born from a dream to redefine pet care in India—creating a destination where animals receive exceptional care in an environment shaped by professionalism and genuine love.
After serving thousands of families across Kolkata for more than a decade, we expanded to Mumbai and brought our internationally inspired standards to one of India’s fastest-growing pet communities. Today, luxury grooming, professional education, full-time veterinary care, diagnostics, day care, fresh pet cuisine, premium retail, home delivery and pet transport come together under one roof.

Kashika Arora

At nineteen, Kashika discovered her life’s purpose through a hungry stray kitten. Feeding one abandoned animal soon became a lifelong mission of rescue, rehabilitation and care.
Determined to raise pet-care standards in India, she trained professionally in Thailand and Delhi before founding Kashika’s Pampered Paws in September 2012. Over the next thirteen years, she introduced premium grooming, day care, pet bakery services, curated events, pet fashion shows, pet pool parties and comprehensive wellness solutions to thousands of families in Kolkata.
The brand has cared for companions of renowned personalities including Mimi Chakraborty, Ankush Hazra, Oindrila Sen, Sayantika Banerjee and Sayoni Ghosh. Yet Kashika’s proudest achievements remain her years of rescue, rehabilitation and community animal-welfare work.
Now in Mumbai with her seven dogs and four rescued cats, Kashika is working toward a 24×7 integrated pet care and emergency centre—bringing veterinary medicine, diagnostics, grooming, rehabilitation, retail, bakery, day care and emergency support under one trusted name. Supported by her parents, her greatest strength, she continues to build more than a company: she is building a movement.
